We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected boutique agency in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take over a beautifully maintained portfolio of 140 residential properties across Bondi, Rose Bay and surrounding areas. This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, down-to-earth team where the portfolio has been managed by the same Property Manager for the past 5 years — meaning clean systems, long-standing relationships and a smooth transition with extensive handover and support.
